When Sullivan noticed their indifferent expression he continued.

"Mr. William please give us a briefing on the situation it seems everyone here does not understand how dire the situation is and also give us a breakdown of the budget." Sullivan turned to William.

Mr. Williams, with a serious expression, stands at the head of the table, using a projector to display images and data. Sullivan and the rest of the alliance team sit around the table, their faces focused.

"As you can see, the oil spillage in the West is a catastrophic situation," Mr. Williams said gesturing to the projector screen which displayed a satellite image of the affected area. The factories owned by the five great families have been pumping oil and toxic chemicals into the environment for years, and it's had a devastating impact."

Sullivan's gaze was locked on the images, he frowned when he realized it was even worse than the last time he saw it.

"How bad is it, Mr. Will
