It was late afternoon by the time Tom collected all the results of his inspections. He brought all the necessary files with him as he thanked Arthur at the scheduled meeting with the general managers of each field.

"After going through each of your work, there are a few things I must emphasise. Although this has not yet received approval from the chairman in question. From now on, let's improve our performance. Especially regarding the important projects that will be carried out. Regarding the selected team, I will most likely reshuffle it myself for the sake of the common good. Eventually, I will report the results to the chairman and make a written report for you to understand. Thank you."
