As Grandpa Lloyd disappeared up the stairs, a wave of tense silence fell over the room as the weight of his words settled on Nathan and Anita like a thick cloud. The sales assistant’s eyes widened in surprise and she hesitated a bit before blurting out, “Are you sure sir?
