CHAPTER 100

When he got out of his car, Kevin shook his head in displease.

The estate was located in the western subways towards the east.

There were no buildings as far as the eyes could see which was really in this part of the city.

It seemed like a farm land had been replaced by housing development.

“Business must be good.” Kevin said to himself.

After everyone sat on the sofa, Lily looked around the large peacefully decorated room.

Then she asked with some hesitation, “President Anderson, why don’t you have any antiques in your home?”

“It’s very simple.” Kevin said as the three women turned to look at him.

“You know about this too?” Lily asked in surprise.

“As it turns out I do.”

“While Ivy’s family specializes in antiques, they prefer not to bring any of them home.” Kevin explained.

“It may sound superstitious but they avoid bringing any of the objects into the house that might be… might be haunted.” he said very seriously.

Lily and Monica had their doubts about this explanation.
