CHAPTER THIRTY-NINE

The agent returned with a smile on her face and she looked very excited.

“Sir, I’m really sorry I kept you waiting.”

“Is the transaction complete?”

Kevin asked as he reached his hand to get his card back from her.

“Yes sir!”

Said the agent lady with a big smile on her face.

“You are now the new owner of the big penthouse, sir! This is my first day so I’m sure someone else will go over the paper work for you.”

She was new to the company but one thing she did know was she would be getting an enormous commission.

“What did you just say!?”

The rude agent who had met Kevin by the door earlier was shocked.

“Miss. Moreen, this gentleman had just bought the penthouse and he paid in full!”

She explained excitedly to her trainer.

She could barely contain her excitement.

“And I’ll get a two percent from this!”

Kevin looked at her and said,

“Well young lady, it looks like you won a one hundred and sixty thousand today.”

James was done with his phone call and walked over to them,
