They saw Blakely walk in wearing a navy blue suit and shining black shoe, holding a small gift bag in his hand.

He had spent his last fortune on this gift, his clothes and shoes just to make a good impression on Grandma Jones.

He knew that he had to succeed today or he’d be ruined.

Blakely walked confidently unto Grandma Jones and gave her the gift he bought for her placing a kiss on her cheeks,

“Happy birthday, Grandma Jones. I wish you health, wealth and happiness. I’m sorry that I’m a little late, the express way was backed up with traffic. Please forgive me.”

Grandma Jones knew that Blakely had always been interested in Lily.

If only she had met him first few years before he met Kevin.

“Oh! I understand… I know you have a busy schedule and it’s very considerate of you to come to my birthday party.”

Blakely smiled and looked towards Lily,

“Actually, I’m not just here for your birthday. There’s something else.”

He paused for a moment,
