CHAPTER 4: Legantia

Two weeks passed by as Jacob and Carla with David in his hands followed by the maids walked into the field which surprisingly was already fixed and better than last time, even the forest seemed fine and untouched.

"Margaret and Aisha you will come with us and the rest please take of the mansion and take care of yourselves" as if on cue a wide light blue circle engulfed them as they turned into blue lights and teleported from the resident.

'wow' was the only word that came to davids mind as the view he saw didn't have a name to describe it's glorious as all he could think of was 'incredible'.

as they stared at the peaceful kingdom of minetia which was beside the blue beautiful ocean and the mountains by the side as the green grass covered the whole place well most of the place and the other sides where covered in granites stones making it marvelous to the eyes.

"you don't have to keep standing there Isaac" Jacob smiled as he turned back to look at a 45years old sturdy man in a refined butler uniform "is the carriage ready"

"yes lord Isaac please this way, greetings my lady and lord David" he gives a warm smile as he slightly bowed

"long time no see Isaac, you've aged alot" Carla gives a slight nod as she puts down David who stared at Isaac like he was familiar.

"yes my lady I was only 20 when you left the family branch,... it is my honour to see you are in good health" he gives a slight bow again showing his utmost respect.

Carla holds David little hand as they both walk behind Jacob towards a fancy well decorated carriage that seemed to be pulled by Griffin's,

'Griffins ah!' David's mouth dropped as he saw a live griffin as huge as a yellow school bus, he stopped walking as he gazed at it with pure interest in his eyes.

seeing David staring at the griffin unfazed she smiles as she carries him nearer to it as she stretched her arm seeming to pat the griffin.

"ma it's gonna bite your hand!" David tried pulling her hand but became dumb struck as the griffin puts it head under Carla's asking her to rub it's head down to its white fur like feather covered neck.

"it's okay, it won't bite, now put your hand on its head" David hesitated for a while as he put his baby sized hand on the griffin soft neck.

feeling the intense happiness surging through his heart as he looked into the Griffin's eyes seeing tranquility and royalty as an unknown bond became formed by the two.

seeing this Carla smiled as she pulled David into the carriage as she sat on a well made cushion which was as soft as a pillow, David sat by her side still his thoughts as he looked at the hand that had touched a griffin and remembering how it felt when he looked into its black football sized crystal eyes.

sitting on the opposite side was Jacob who stared at David in curiosity as the thought of a one year old taming a ful grown griffin was unheard of even if it was tamed already it would never listen to another except it's master and rare people with the ability to tame yellow level to orange level beasts.

looking at his wife as he was about to ask whether their son tamed it or she did as Carla also was one of those rare beings.

seeing her husband stare at her she shakes her head "I didn't fully tame her our son did" she smiled sweetly at the little child who was still lost in a daze.

"he's a rare no once in a life time beast tamer" Jacob said excitedly "I think he should become a beast tamer when he's come of ag...".

"no he won't be a tamer....." Carla gave a warm smile that could rot the teeth cause of the sweet feeling it gave out "I believe he's more than that and of course we won't decide his path for him,..... it should be his destiny his choice, we are only to guid him and protect him until he can make his decisions".

Jacob sunk into a deep thought as he looked back up again at his loving wife"thank you love you always know what's the cause to take I'm lucky to have you in my life... no in our lives".

"and I'm lucky to have both of you in mine" she blushed as she caresses David's hair.

suddenly it felt lighter as David stared out the window as all he saw were clouds "ma where did the ground go" backing away from the window as he came on his mother's lap seeming worried and scared.

"don't worry we're flying and we're gonna meet grandpa and aunt lin and jack too so don't be afraid okay" she pulled him close a he laid his head on her Bosom feeling the softness.

'grandpa, yh I can't wait to meet grandpa' remembering the serene feeling he got from phoenix when he was with him.

Jacob stared at David as he pokes his soft cheek "I guess you still mamas breast since your still a baby but if you're a man sit on your own" Jacob gave a mocking smile as he tried to get David off Carla due to jealousy.

"of course I'm mama's baby and your the man let the baby be the baby" David replied back as he also gave a mocking smile that showed he was smarter, well he's a 28 years old soul in a child's body.

Carla laughed at their little debate as the carriage finally lands.

the door was suddenly opened up by Isaac as David gets out of the carriage first then Jacob and Carla got out seeing maids and man servants stationed each side.

they walked in between them as they entered into the house that was as huge as a sky scraper only it was wider and more grand with endless rooms and hundreds of servants.

"welcome lord Jacob, lady Carla and lord David" the servants said in unison as their voices echoed through the air.

Jacob nodded as he entered into the building that was tidied and neat you wouldn't be able to see a speck of dust or even a fly "it's good to be back",

Looking at a weird looking door that seemed to be made of copper and gold he walked towards it as he stares back at Carla "I will be back in a short while" he waves his hand as he opens the door revealing a blizzard of snow as cold air blew in immediately it felt warm as the Jacob or the door weren't seen again.

"don't worry he will be back in a short while" Carla said as she walked towards a opened transparent glass box as it goes up like the elevator on earth.

David awe in amazement as everything in this world was mind blowing and strange "mama" suddenly he realised he was alone as he looked around at the huge and wide mansion he was in.

becoming frustrated as his body started shaking "what's wrong are you ok...."

she was blown away as the wind blew heavily and lightning travelled through it destroying everything in its path "ma-- mama".

a man servant ran forward to help the maid into a safe place as the wind blew him into a wall and was about to get hit by the lightning when a man in his 40's stood in front of it as he absorbed it completely.

"what's wrong David" suddenly David felt he wasn't alone anymore as he looked up "great grand pa phoenix" hugging his legs as he calmed down and the whole place became safe again.

"what happened, David are you alright" Carla asked as she appeared thought a door.

"mama I thought you left me" Carla patted David's hair as a smile formed on her face.

"I'm sorry I made you worry" she looked up at phoenix and slightly bowed "welcome lord phoenix I'm sorry my son caused you a lot of trouble" she looked up to see a shocking yet happy expression in phoenix face.

"it's alright putting that aside how old is David" he asked as he stared intently at the young Wayne.

"a year old why is somethi...." Carla finally realised it too.

"he's a one in a million prodigy of a Wayne, he's a rare Wayne" phoenix looked at David in astonishment, he spoke again "by your surprised look it means you just found out too" he nods as he pats David's head "son you're gonna have great powers but such powers have to be tamed first do you want to protect your family.

looking up to his mother who was looking proudly but a little worried as he raised his small hand clenching it into a fist as he spoke with confidence and determination "great grand pa phoenix please teach how protect my family and make them happy".

phoenix nods as pat's his great grand son "don't worry about carrying such heavy burden, we are the Wayne's we protect our family and humanity " he gave a warm smile as David suddenly fainted
