Chapter : 3 Joining Kian Jiang Pang

Thian Sin's arrival at the Long River Association attracted the attention of the disciples of the Long River Association who were of the same age as him, one of whom was Kin Bwee, the son of Pangcu Jiang-Kiang-Pang.

When Kin Bwee found out that Thian Sin was staying at Grandpa Hay's house, She invited his friends to see Thian Sin.

Kin Bwee was stunned to see a handsome boy walking down the street carrying a plank.

"Is he the one named Thian Sin? Kin Bwee asked.

"That's right Siocia! A Gu replied.

"Why does Suheng always call me Siocia, just call me Sumoi, I'm Suheng's younger sibling," Kin Bwee said in an annoyed tone, she had often told A Gu not to call her Siocia (lady) but A Gu did not heed.

Twelve-year-old A Gu was very respectful to Kin Bwee and his family, because A Gu was made a disciple by Kin Tho after Kin Tho rescued him and his family from the mountain raiders who attacked their village.

"Suheng, please call the new kid! Kin Bwee exclaimed.

Without saying much, A Gu immediately approached Thian Sin, then told Thian Sin to meet with Kin Bwee.

After placing the board, Thian Sin approached Kin Bwee.

"What's wrong with calling me?" Thian Sin asked.

The look on Kin Bwee's face changed at Thian Sin's impolite words.

"Speak politely to me, don't you know who I am?" Kin Bwee asked in an annoyed tone.

"Who do you think you are?" Thian Sin asked in an indifferent tone.

"I'm Kin Bwee, daughter of Kin Tho, head of the Long River Society.

"New members of the same age must report to me," Kin Bwee replied, looking at Thian Sin.

The frown on Thian Sin's face creased at the words of a girl of the same age as him, then replied.

"Grandpa Hay and I reported to Pangcu yesterday, why should I report to you again?

"You don't talk too much, quickly do what Sio tells you to do, eh Sumoi," A Gu spoke up hearing Thian Sin seem to object.

"I have a lot of work," Thian Sin replied while turning around, when he was about to walk away. A Gu tugged on her back, then A Gu slammed Thian Sin's body down in front of Kin Bwee.

Bruk!

A cheer went up from the kids who were with Kin Bwee.

Thian Sin held his back that hurt from A Gu's slam, Thian Sin understood the basic martial arts taught by his father, but he didn't want others to know and retaliate what A Gu did.

"If you don't respect me, Suheng will treat you like this," Kin Bwee said with a smile, she was happy to see Thian Sin lying at his feet.

"Hey! What the hell? Shouted a man who was none other than Hay's grandfather.

"Siocia! What's going on? Asked grandpa Hay seeing Thian Sin lying in front of Kin Bwee.

"He disobeyed Siocia's orders, grandpa Hay," A Gu answered grandpa Hay's question.

Grandpa Hay immediately took a deep breath at A Gu's words, then said.

"Siocia! Forgive son Sin, he just came and doesn't know the rules of the Long River Society.

"But Grandpa Hay has already reported to Pangcu and Sin's son has been accepted as a member of the Long River Association, what need does Grandpa Hay have to report this incident to Pangcu again?"

Kin Bwee was silent, not long after Kin Bwee spoke up.

"Suheng, let's go!"

The two then left followed by the other children leaving Thian Sin.

Thian Sin slowly stood up.

"Are you okay?" Grandpa Hay asked.

"I'm fine," Thian Sin replied as he wiped his dirty clothes.

"Kin Siocia was spoiled too much by Pangcu, so that's how she is, you don't have to take it to heart, next time just follow her wishes so you won't be bothered by them anymore," Grandpa Hay advised Thian Sin.

Thian Sin nodded his head, then picked up his board and walked after Grandpa Hay.

The afternoon was the time that the children of Thian Sin's age waited for, because in the afternoon the children gathered to receive martial arts lessons taught by a Kauwsu (martial arts teacher) named Ciang Bo.

Kin Bwee and A Gu stood at the front, behind them were the children of the Long River Society.

As they were in the middle of setting up their stances, there was a shout.

"Wait!"

Kin Bwee and the others immediately turned their heads in the direction of the sound, they saw Thian Sin running a little closer to the group of children who were learning martial arts.

"Who's that kid? Asked Ciang Bo who saw Thian Sin for the first time.

"He's the kid that Grandpa Hay brought," A Gu replied.

"Have you been accepted by Kiang-Jiang-Pang? Ciang Bo asked after Thian Sin was in front of him.

"I have been accepted by Pangcu, kauwsu.

"Kin Siocia also knows," Thian Sin replied with a sweet smile and a nod of his head to Kin Bwee.

Kin Bwee heard Thian Sin refer to Siocia with a sweet smile, his heart was very happy and she joined in the conversation.

"It's true what brother Thian said, Grandpa Hay reported yesterday and Thian Sin has been accepted into Kiang-Jiang-Pang."

Ciang Bo nodded his head, then told Thian Sin to join the ranks to train.

Ciang Bo then gave a stance lesson to his students.

The children who practiced returned to their homes when the sun began to set, and so did Thian Sin.

"Sam Sute! Do you want come to my house?" Kin Bwee said before leaving.

"Sorry saint! Sute should go back home, so Grandpa Hay won't worry," Thian Sin replied.

Kin Bwee was very happy to hear herself called Sacred, then nodded her head with a sweet smile.

They then returned to their respective homes.

Thian Sin's daily activities are only helping to build boats, practicing in the afternoon and practicing Hud Kong Sing Kang's knowledge at night, after practicing Thian Sin studied the theories from his father's book, Thian Sin also found out why his father had red skin, it was because the red snake poison had spread throughout the body, only Hud Kong Sing Kang could protect the body from red poison.

"Why didn't you learn Hud Kong Sing Kang?" Thian Sin thought after reading the information in the book.

"So I have to drink the Ang Tok Coa (red snake venom) in this bottle if I want to learn the Ang Tok Jiu punch," Thian Sin thought as he held the small bottle of venom.

As the days, months and years passed, Thian Sin had lived in the Long River Society for almost 10 years.

Thanks to his diligence and smart brain, Thian Sin finally managed to learn Hud Kong Sing Kang perfectly at the age of 10 and an additional move in the Hud Kong Sing Kang book named Hud lek Kim Kong Sin ci (Buddha power magic finger) but Thian Sin did not dare to try the finger science because it had extraordinary destructive power.

When using the knowledge of the shaolin priest, Thian Sin's body sometimes emits a golden yellow aura.

In his room Thian Sin holds a bottle of red poison, he has long wanted to drink the red poison, but his heart is always hesitant.

"If I don't try it, how can I learn the family's Ang Tok Jiu," Thian Sin thought.

Thian Sin sat sila, then unscrewed the bottle and drank all the red snake venom.

Nothing happened at first, but as the venom spread throughout his body, heat began to come on.

Thian Sin immediately meditated and mobilized Hud Kong Sing Kang within the body to protect the internal organs from the red snake venom.

A golden aura and a red colored aura alternately enveloped Thian Sin's body.

If Grandpa Hay hadn't been sleeping, he would have been shocked as golden and red rays alternated from inside Thian Sin's room.

Thian Sin finally lay unconscious after being unable to bear the pain of the red poison attack, the two auras continued to alternate around Thian Sin's body.

"Thian Sin! Thian Sin, are you awake? Grandpa Hay asked seeing that the door to the room was still closed.

Thian Sin opened his eyes, then walked towards the door, when he opened the door, Grandpa Hay's face changed when he saw him.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Asked Thian Sin seeing Hay's grandfather's eyes like they were about to jump when he saw her.

Grandpa Hay pointed at Thian Sin's face and said.

"Why is your face red?"
