He stared at me for a short while before answering me, I saw his eyes scan me from head to toe.

It felt like he was staring a hole through my body and I felt his gaze pierce my heart.

It felt like a store owner scanning a product purchased by a customer, and the pale expressionless look on her face told me he was not one to be messed with.

“Yes I am, I’ll be leaving now.” He said and tried to move out of my way.

This was his response to the receptionist trying to confirm his identity, and he was genuinely pissed off, I could tell.

‘This is why I should speak to the workers before they get on the job,’ I thought to myself.

I swung into full manager mode and tried to convince him to stay.

I needed him to shop at all costs, the exposure that my company would gain from being patronized by someone of his caliber would be exponential.

After a couple minutes of persuasion, he agreed to stay. I offered him a full all expense paid shopping spree.
