Inner City Disputes

Evening.

Arryn continued to stir the warm chicken soup the innkeeper had brought him. Arryn's needs at the inn were under the responsibility of the city's government, so the young man did not spend a penny on this meal.

He sat on the sofa with the soup bowl placed on the wooden table. Right before the table was Ivy, who had been preparing for a reconnaissance mission; Arryn had asked her to do it tonight.

"Are you sure you won't eat before you go? You're going to have a difficult and tiring reconnaissance there," Arryn replied, looking quietly at Ivy with his face completely uncovered by the white mask.

"I'm still full," Ivy said.

That was good if the meal had managed to stave off her hunger. However, no matter what, after she finished her reconnaissance, Arryn had to provide food for her.

The young man continued to eat the warm soup that was provided for him; the soup was savoury and quite spicy. Those flavours did not destroy the overall taste of the food; even Arryn felt like a
