"You also said your magic didn't work in Zoggoroth's castle, right?" Quentin asked, and Alicia nodded.

"But I managed to survive that place because of Arryn's magic," Alicia replied.

"You know, his power is not something you can handle. This problem is far different from anything you've ever dealt with before," Alicia continued.

Quentin nodded. He realized his son's power was much different than he had imagined, considering the man had never dealt with black magic before.

The only way he could think of would be to let Arryn grow on his own. Alicia asked Quentin to give up his ambition to control Arryn's power.

"He's out at the moment, probably going to the blacksmith shop or checking out the guild office," Alicia replied, standing up from her seated position as she walked over to the bags of groceries she kept on the guest table.

"I don't want him to know about this," Quentin replied.

"Even though you don't want him to know, I'm sure he already finds out about his type of magic,
