Chapter 2 System (1)

It had been 3 days since I had been abducted from my home planet Earth and thrown into this hellhole without any help in the name of God’s trial.

For past 3 days the half million people who decided to accept the trial and help gods fight against the forces of demon god have been continuously fighting against the unknown monsters with single weapon and their fragile bodies.

The island a system in place to spawn certain number of monster every 6 hours therefore we have to continuously fight against them because if we try to hide at some point the number of monster will increase to the point no one will survive.

Therefore the best way to survive in this trial was to form a hunting group and I did that on the first day of trial. The angel sylph has told us that whosever die in this trial would not die in reality because it is just an illusion but it will be as real as it can be, and everyone believed her lie.

If I didn’t have the ability to distinguish the truth and lie, I too would have believed her words. Her voice and appearance carried a different sensation as if she was using some ability to make us believe her words but I can’t ask her anything or she will get suspicious of me.

I had been fighting in the group of 4 people, 2 female and 2 male including me. I selected spear as my main weapon and the other men besides me used sword, while both the females selected had selected bow as their main weapon because they thought they would just climb the tree and spend 3 days hunting from high ground but reality was different because monster also preferred to hunt from the high ground and they were more skilled than those 2 women’s.

We mostly tried to avoid fighting and hide inside the cave or climb trees but most of the times we could not avoid the confrontation but even then we had managed to survive for 3 days and in next 3 minutes this trial would end.

Currently we were being chased by the group of jaguars like creatures and were making every last ditch effort possible in order to survive. The females Nina and Melisa were running and continuously firing arrows in the direction from where jaguars were coming towards us.

They at least had unlimited supply of arrows while we had indestructible sword and spear.

It did not take us much time to kill the 3 jaguars like beast that were chasing us and finally the damn timer came to an end.

Only after reading the congratulation message did I relaxed and just like how we were Teleported/Thrown inside the wilderness at the start of the trial, we were called back to the grassland same way.

The half a million people who had departed for the trial, only nine hundred peoples came back alive. I can see the ranking which was displayed on the holographic screen in front of me based on our performance and mine was [603/900].

The person who hunted solo were ranked on the basis of their solo hunting but if someone has formed a group then all the hunting point earned will be distributed between the group members equally and the reason for my 603^rd ranking was because most of the hunting was done by me and swordsman while both girls were little useful on the 3^rd day of hunting.

“As you all can see less than 0.2% of the original population was able to pass the god’s trial and the trial ahead of you will be more difficult but we will help you gain strength and fight against those challenges, we will help you reach the apex of humanity where you and your loved ones can live a life without any fear.

I will once again give you a chance, if anyone want to quite or have any question which you would like ask me do so, because we will depart for the final stage of our briefing from where your wonderful journey will start.” She said some encouraging true words but I knew we going to be thrown into another hellhole.

Surprisingly no one quite after coming this far, there were few people who have asked her some question but most of them were irrelevant.

“Very well, we will now give you some rewards for coming this far and once that is done, you may all depart to explore the new world.”

Saying this she disappeared with other angels from her place and one by one people around me started to disappear according to their ranks.

After what like an hour has passed it was my turn and I also disappeared from my place and was brought back to a new location where I could already see the previously vanished peoples inside a green, blue and red colored tube which was filled with unknown liquid lying unconscious.

“Rank 603, Eric grace, is that correct?” I heard the seductive voice was of angel sylph from behind me, she was too close to my ear because I could feel her breath on my neck.

“Y-Yes” I answered caught off guard.

Now that she was standing close to me, she seemed more like a succubus than an angel. Her big blossom were touching my back and just by the touch of those mounts a tent rose in my pants which I tried to hide with my hands . She came face to face and stared in my eyes and I looked into hers.

If I didn’t knew her true personality I would have waged war with gods to get my hands on her but I controlled myself and looked away from her eyes to her B**bs.

She stood in front of me evaluating me thoroughly and I did the same. It has become impossible for me to remove my eyes from her perfect b**bs and that perfect figure.

Suddenly I felt a tap on the back of my head and my head jerked forward due to force and I fell on her blossom. Whosever did this to me I should thank him later but for now let me enjoy this moment were my thought but with a wave of sylphs hand I was brought few feet away from her.

“Don’t worry Darius, I don’t mind their gazes, they are just lower life forms, it is not easy for them to control their natural instinct.” She said without a tinge of emotion on her face and I knew why they were able to kill so many humans without any hesitation.

They considered us nothing more than livestock.
