*Bang* Min jun tried to stop the Great water Serpent students from continuing the blood arts but it proved futile. Judith held up an artifact that seemed to generate a forcefield around the students. Even Konrad's tentacles and Hammer were useless against it.

"Careful, the blood arts lasts for only two minutes. Endure till then and you'll win the royale" Elder Jang shouted for his students to hear. Since rose had talked to her students first he was free to do the same without any consequences.

"Everyone form a wall around Konrad" Min jun sighed and said to the others. Being the oldest out of them and the most calm he had silently taken up the position of the leader of the squad. Since they couldn't stop the blood art they could only take up a defensive strategy.

The forcefield generated was from a high grade artifact Judith held so it was enough to last till the blood arts was prepared. This time in turn gave the Raging flames sect students time to prepare a defensive st

As soon as Cho cheong brought out the object from her purse Harith's mind calmed down and he looked at Cho cheong. Cho cheong laughed and handed the Bottle over to him "Don't lose it again" She said as she closed his fist. "Why are you giving it to me?" Harith asked. He had never really gotten a concrete answer from Cho cheong as to why she wanted to give him the dew of Life instead of taking it for herself, it was her birthright so why who she hand it over to him. "You were the one who protected it, you were hurt because of it even. I'll feel guilty if I just take it after everything". Cho cheong said as she bit her lips. Cho cheong asked confused at his question. "Your shield and weapon spell, I want you to teach me" "Teach you?" "Yes instead of giving me this, why don't you teach me the spell as a form of repay

"Where have you been since!" Cho Chong puffed she watched Harith get closer. Harith had an awkward smile on his face. He had spent quite some time with Seo ling before she left and he had gone back home to finish his food before coming back to the barren grounds for Cho cheong. Naturally all these activities had taken more time than expected so he was late for the training. "I'm sorry" Harith said. "Tch, take this" Cho cheong said and handed over a wooden sword to Harith. "Study it's shape" "Oh.... alright!" Harith muttered as he caught the sword. It seemed like they were going straight to business. "As you study the shape of the sword, imagine it being slowly engulfed by a wild fire. The fire takes the shape of the sword, becoming one with it" Cho cheong said quietly as she walked around Harith. Harith took a deep breath and closed his eyes. He followed Cho cheong's instructions and imagined Fire consuming the wooden sword. "Good...feel the flames. The heat washes over you as

"What are your doing here?" She asked. "Me? I'm cooking breakfast...Aren't you hungry?" Harith said as pointed to the eggs he was frying. Dang ju laughed and placed his hand on Harith's soldier "Of course, we made such a great team in the battle royale, we'll make a great team again so let me join you" Dang ju said revealing his intentions. At that moment the twin Dang gu came up to Harith too with a smile on his face "Both of us, double the man power" Seeing the two smiles in front of him Harith was at a loss for what to do. "Konrad will disguise as one of the fighters, since he can handle himself quite well in long range. The both of you will launch a surprise attack on the enemy's mage. The first thing he noticed was the smell. The air in the room stank of blood and death, but it wasn't a sweet scent like that of freshly spilled entrails or a butcher's shop. It smelled more like the sour tang of old vomit mixed with urine, which made him think of his mother's chamber pot after she'd been sick for days on end. He wrinkled his nose at the thought and tried to ignore the odor as best he could, though it didn't do much good. His stomach still growled loudly enough to make him wince."You're awake," said a voice from behind him. "That's a start."He turned around slowly, trying not to look too eager. A man sat against one wall, watching him intently. He had dark hair and eyes, and a scar ran across his face just below his left eye. He wore black leather armor and carried a longsword strapped to his back. His name came to mind almost immediately: Captain Rolfe.Rolfe stood up and walked over to the bedside. He pulled back the sheets and looked down at Aram's body. Then he r

But without wasting time sulking on the icy floor, Layla swallowed her pain and got right up. With a heavy jump she flew upwards, flinging herself towards Baxia and grabbing him by the neck. Baxia had a face filled with irritation..These four were hell bent on stopping him from making his move. But as soon as he made the attack he was struck...What the fuck was going on! "I expected more" Alice clicked her tongue, the candy in her mouth dancing around. With a rise of her arms she lifted up the scythe and brought it down with all her power! *Crack!* As soon as Alice lifted up the scythe and exposed her face, a punch came crashing into her. The punch was so devastating it dislocated Alice's jaw. Alice's eyes turned and she staggered backwards, struggling to even keep hold of her scythe. *Bang!* Before Alice could recover from the first punch, another one came in. This time right to the temple. Never in her life had alice fe

  • Putting one's trait to good use

Outside the circleThe Great water serpent sect's side was so quiet that if one dropped a pin in the midst of them, they would hear it. The students in the circle were among the strongest of the sect, and Judith was the second strongest....second only to the sect master's daughter. But still- Baxia had knocked her out cold in one punch like it was second nature. And he just Knocked out another one of the students! Elder Jang had a smile on his face. He knew who Baxia was. Baxia couldn't accept any form of defeat without retaliating, even at the cost of his life. Although this trait made taking stupid decisions common for Baxia, this time, elder Jang was going to put the trait to good use.
