Emotion Card failed

I decided to go to the dining room for my meal later that evening with Damien's help.

'Good gracious, Laura. You finally decided to eat dinner together tonight' she commented.

'Well, I think that's a good idea except for the fact that Christain is gone. He would have loved to see her here' Damien replied.

I gently settled on my seat, somewhat disappointed Christain is absent. I had expected him to be here, I quickly brushed the unhealthy feeling aside.

'What are we having for dinner, tonight?' I asked.

'Some Basmati rice, Cole slaw and chicken wings.' she responded. The aroma hit my nose right after. It was pleasant enough.

'How is it possible you know how to cook this well? If you don't mind, I'll like to take some lessons from you'

'I definitely do not mind, Lauren. Once you're ready. I'll always be here' she grinned, metals also clanking as the dropped on my plate.

'Thank you...'

Everyone finished the meal at the same time. Dora was left to do the dishes while Damien bro
