MEET WITH HER FAMILY

It has almost been a week since Salvador took Elena away but her family didn't bother searching for her.It was a mixed feeling. Some of them were excited she was free from Brett while another was furious about what Brett would do to them soon.

" What do you think Brett would do ???? I mean he would be upset because of the way he was embarrassed, Elena's father Mr Matador said.

" Is that what you worry about???? He was going to give our daughter to beggars and we couldn't do anything…. You are the family head and yet you couldn't even stand up for your daughter.What a pity????? Mrs Matador scoffed.

" What's the use ???? She can't walk and with that scar on her face nobody would want to marry her, Sometimes I wonder why she didn't let Brett have his way with her and yet the man she was doing it for left her after he saw her condition, Mr Matador Frowned.

" So father, what are you saying???? That it would have been better if she got married to the beggars Brett wanted her to marry….Father !!!!! Justin yelled.

" Don't raise your voice at me,We should be brainstorming on what to do when Brett decides to strike,Mr Matador Frowned.

The Dragon General's Villa.

Three days have passed and nobody came to make trouble at the Dragon General's Villa.It was surprising and fascinating to Elena. These three days she has been taking the herbs and relaxing here at the Dragon General Villa and there was no sign of Brett or his men,or her family. She felt some sense of relief and peace here.

" How are you doing???? Salvador asked.

" Hmmmm am great, You haven't visited me for a while now….I have been alone in my room…. Elena said, smiling wryly.

" So sorry,I had things to take care of, '' Salvador said sitting next to her.

" You must be really powerful!!!! Elena said.

" Why do you say that ???? Salvador laughed.

" Brett isn't the time to give up after such a gruesome experience,He would want to take revenge and do it fast... But he hasn't showed up here….I am surprised.. Elena said.

" I told you I am a dragon general right, You are safe with me .. You don't have to bother, Salvador assured.

" Thanks for helping me,I really didn't know what my fate would be, Because I was a lame girl with a facial scare who is heavily indebted to that psycho…. Thanks for saving me….

" About your scars and leg injury, It's time to remove your bandages, Salvador smiled knowing fully well that she was okay now.

Salvador removed all the bandages and gave Elena a mirror,She couldn't believe her eyes... Her scar was so small if not invisible….she stared at her pretty face once again and she shed tears of joy.

" Stand up, you can walk now, '' Salvador said.

" Are you sure ???? Elena stuttered.

" Trust me…. Salvador helped her up from the wheelchair and Elena started walking...She was walking like she used to, Elena was speechless she couldn't explain what was happening except she was now made whole again.

" Thank you so much!!!!! ohh!!! Oh my Goodness!!!! I don't know what and how to say it ???? Thank you so much…. Elena hugged Salvador.

Salvador comforted her and let her rejoice.He knew she wasn't aware of what she did for him years ago.She might have forgotten but he had it in his memory. He was happy that she was happy he knew what she had gone through and how she was in pain but she was the one that helped him when he needed help the most so she deserved everything and even more.

Elena was dumbfounded she couldn't stop looking at her face in the mirror,It was a new beginning for her again...She could walk and do everything like she use to before she was no longer a lame girl but what was she going to do to pay him back,She didn't know what to do then her mind flashed back to how she met Salvador it was at the party where Brett was trying to arrange a marriage for her then an idea came to her mind.

" Let's get married!!!!! Elena said.

Salvador looked at Elena confused at her statement. "What do you mean????

" At that party Brett wanted to choose a groom for me.He wanted to decide my fate but you saved me and even healed me so I want us to get married,Elena said.

Salvador didn't object to it or say anything otherwise.It was something more than amazing.The girl who saved him from death years ago ,Now to be the woman in his life, Salvador accepted.

" Let's do that, Let's get married…. Salvador smiled.

" Yes !!!!!

" I will tell my assistant to arrange the date we are to register our marriage, Salvador said.

" That would be amazing….Elean smiled.

Few weeks later the marriage was registered and Elena insisted on taking him to her family Villa.

The morning of the day they were visiting the villa,They both woke up early and got ready... While they were on their way Salvador and Elena got into a chat.

" So why do you fear the five so-called great families so much????? Salvador asked.

" It seems like you are new to gbs country???? Elena laughed.

" Let's say I am, Salvador replied.

" They are the holders of power, wealth, Affluence and Influence, Elena explained in a few words.

" I see…..

" We are here…. Elena said,The car stopped and Salvador opened the car door for Elena. Elena took one step out and she smiled because of the feeling of walking again.

Elena knocked on the door while Salvador was behind her. Immediately her mom opened the door and gasped loudly.She had to make sure it was her daughter before hugging her because she was too amazed by the transformation.

" Oh !!!! Elena...I was so worried about you and look how you changed... Elena's mom dragged her inside and Elena signalled Salvador to come in too.

Immediately Elena entered the family dinning, Everyone was gasping and murmuring in shock, They couldn't believe what was going on!!!! It was like a soap opera.

" What's going on here??? Mr Matador said surprised.

" Dad!!! This…..

" Do you know what you have caused us ???? Mr Matador cut in.

The family was back to see Elena and even back to her feet but it was contradictory for others.

" Elena, you dare disobey Brett !!!! Even after knowing how indebted we are to him….One of her cousins said.

" Not to talk of some of us who still walk for him,Do you think he would want to see any of us ???? Her uncle ranted.

" You think running away from him,Was the best option????

Elena was surprised at the response she was getting from her family. It was supposed to be something of joy to see her beautiful and healthy again but instead they were scolding her.

" Will you take charge if their family members take revenge on us ???? We will all be buried with you….she yelled.

" Lisa...I... Elena stuttered and she was about to cry.

" Do you think you can appease their anger???? You will get all of us killed...Her aunt says.

Elena didn't know if she could hold in her tears, She looked at Salvador who was calm watching everything with her watery eyes.

" Enough!!!!! Salvador shouted,He couldn't take it anymore she was the one who suffered not them.

" I will solve the problem by tomorrow…...
