I Really Owe You A Lot

“Aren’t you worried about this, David? This place is no longer a safe place for all of us. We should get out of here. We don’t know what will happen next.” One of his friends invited him to talk in the afternoon. For the first time, they enjoyed the fruits of their labor without being taken away by the orphanage staff.

David looked at his friend for a few seconds. Something crossed his mind. An idea that of course made him want to keep all his friends away from this problem. From the start, he had promised that only he would get involved in this matter alone.

“You’re right. This is no longer a safe place for any of us. Maybe it’s time we got out of here. I’m sure you and the others have the savings to live out there too. We’ve arranged this before, right?”
