The sword hits Alex's neck, but it shatters into two pieces.

“Damn my Excalibur!” the man yelps, frustration evident in his voice.

A woman, a gravity user, raises her hand, using her power to lift Alex's body into the air. Yet, Alex's feet remain firmly planted on the ground, rendering her efforts useless.

Another man frantically draws his gun. As he fires, the bullet ricochets, striking his own leg. He collapses with a cry of pain, clutching his wounded limb.

Alex grabs the large man and throws him effortlessly into a nearby tree. “Useless garbage,” he mutters, moving to stand by Sophia's side.

“You really are powerful, Alex,” she praises, her eyes reflecting admiration.
