Aiden was silent, not looking at Brenda, staying focused on reading the book. That made Brenda even more worried and anxious. Aiden glanced at Brenda for a moment. "You may return to your desk."

Brenda nodded her head respectfully. "Yes, sir. Excuse me." She returned to her desk, watching Aiden enter the private study. Brenda's emotions became uncertain, fearing that something terrible might happen.

Aiden continued to read his company's rule book and brought it into the private office. He sat down at his desk chair. Some of the rules were already outside his head. Just in reading them, he had immediately remembered them. As time passed, it was nearing lunchtime. Aiden came out of his office after reading through the book. He walked over to Brenda's desk and handed over the book. "I've finished reading it. Do you have any work to do?"

Brenda rose from her chair, shaking her head. "Nothing for now, sir. There are only a few files for you to sign. The rest of the files will probably foll
