Chapter 32

Aiden was quite surprised to hear Muller's explanation. He could only sigh heavily as his body was immobilized. He looked up at the ceiling of the tent in a low voice. "Then how can I train again?"

Muller glanced to the side where two nurses had just entered their tent carrying medical equipment. "We'll treat your wounds quickly, though you'll probably still practice with a wounded body. We'll treat you until your chosen leg and hand are better."

Aiden nodded his head, understanding what Muller was saying. He couldn't rest any longer because if he missed too many days, he wouldn't be able to protect himself in a real war. After this battlefield training, perhaps Aiden's life would not be as peaceful as before.

"Excuse me, sir." The two nurses approached Aiden and squatted before him while opening the medical kit. "We'll change the bandages on your hands and feet. We'll also check your abdomen and back wounds, so we'll need permission to undress you."
