Chapter 35

After some time had passed, Luke stopped what he was doing, and the driver’s body fell to the ground. Corwin grimaced when he saw the bloodstain on the car hood.

“What makes you this angry, Boss?” Corwin asked as he handed Luke a handkerchief. He always carried it with him, knowing Luke sometimes beat up other people.

“Ben threatened me. Did he think I would be afraid of that?” Luke replied as he took the handkerchief.

Before giving a response, Corwin peeked first at the mansion’s floors to find that a bodyguard was watching them. “Let’s talk in the car.”

Luke understood Corwin’s words and immediately got into the car. He calmly wiped off the blood on his hands using a handkerchief.

“What about the driver?” Corwin glanced at the driver, who was lying unconscious on the ground.

“Just leave him at the gate. It’s a warning to Ben that I can do whatever I want.”
