11. Twin Tiger

"You know we can't do Floor Boss subjugation right?" Hon looked at Joel whose wound was being bandaged.

"Humph, even with this condition, I can still challenge the boss, let's do it now" Joel walked towards the exit.

Instantly Hon grabbed Joel's clothes and pushed him onto the bed. Then Hon walked out of the room and locked Joel inside. Qier, Tom, and Finia sat on the inn's chairs. and seemed to be talking about something.

Then Blue came from the entrance of the inn. He is seen carrying a box filled with food. Blue distributed it to each member in that place.

"Good job, at least you're useful at a time like this" Tom laughed softly while taking the food that Blue gave him. Blue then made his way to Joel's Place, and ran into Hon. Hon stopped Blue and told him not to go to Joel's room.

One day had passed after defeating the Field boss, but due to the injuries some of the members had received, the conquest of the 2nd floor boss was temporarily suspended until they were fully healed.

He pressed the contract Elemental skill and a brief explanation appeared.

[Contract elemental: A skill to contract a spirit. Can only contract one spirit at a time]

Blue also looked at the info on the reward he got from his conqueror's gift skill. A silver key with a shape resembling an ordinary key, but with a larger size.

He realized the two things were related. Again, at this time nothing happened, this made Blue ponder more often. Thus, he told Qier that he would go hunting for a while. But immediately rejected by Qier because of what happened to Joel.

But besides that, Qier asked blue to come out and have a look. Qier was also an adventurer who had just ascended to the 2nd floor so he wanted to know a little more about this floor.

a few moments passed, they walked in a corner of the city, a place that looked more rundown and quite deserted. All that was seen around them were only a few people.

"Hey, Aren't they the new members of that strange group?" Someone was seen joking while drinking alcohol and saw Qier and Blue walking by.

They ignored the adventurers' weird talk and kept walking. But one of the adventurers stopped them. He grabbed Blue's shoulder and pulled him gently.

"Don't you guys know me? I'm Tbag, I'm a member of Twin Tiger guild, so show your respect" The man laughed softly.

Blue then apologized to Tbag even though he was a little annoyed, he lowered his head. But Tbag suddenly pulled Blue's headband off.

The panicked Blue quickly covered his horns with his left hand. While Qier was starting to look irritated, But still endured it. When Tbag held the headband, he felt the cloth and was shocked.

"is..isn't this a cloth made from the skin of a two-tailed scorpion!?"

"Hahahaha, looks like we will get a lot of coins with this" Tbag laughed followed by his partner who was also there.

Blue, who was still covering his horns, tried to grab his headband, but that only annoyed Tbag and kicked Blue. But Blue avoided him then he bent his body and turned around took Tbag's arm then slammed him down.

Blue then took his headband and put it on making sure people around him didn't see his horns. Tbag stood up angrily and drew a sword from his waist.

"You, how dare you mess with the members of the Twin Tigers!" Tbag stepped forward and tried to attack Blue, but quickly Qier used his Skill and hit Tbag until it crashed through the wall of an old building.

"Be thankful, I didn't use much force" Qier threateningly then looked at the Tbag comrades. Tbag's comrades run to the unconscious Tbag and help him to escape from there.

"Is it okay to do that, isn't he a member of the Twin Tigers?" he asked.

"If left like before, he will continue to do as he pleases, so it's fine like this" Qier replied.

Qier glanced at Blue with a satisfied face and continued walking. Qier is quite the odd person, he will get anything he wants. And right now, all he wanted was for Blue to stay in his group.

While elsewhere, to be precise in a bar. Tbag who was being carried by his colleagues entered the bar. The gazes of the adventurers in the bar immediately fell on Tbag and co.

"Tbag?" A woman walked up to Tbag who was unconscious. The woman took a drink from one of the adventurers' table then splashed Tbag's face.

Tbag immediately woke up and was shocked at the same time. The woman then held Tbag's chin and then spoke in a small tone.

"Didn't I tell you not to hunt"

"You've been given a territory, but you don't listen to me"

Tbag looks scared he then denies the woman saying he was hunting, Tbag tells what happened, though he changes some of the facts.

Tbag confessed to the woman that he was attacked by the group of joel the illegitimate child. He said that he was attacked by that group. Of course he had to lie to protect his reputation because in reality he was defeated by adventurers who had just reached the 2nd floor.

Tbag's colleagues also only confirmed Tbag's confession. The woman looked angry, she took off Tbag's chin and stood up. He then spread Tbag's confession to all the adventurers in the bar.

That woman was Jess, who held authority and a high position in the Twin Tiger guild. And the people inside the bar were members of the Twin Tiger Guild.

"They are again, causing trouble with our guild." The woman smiled in annoyance.

"We have to teach them a lesson" The woman continued talking to the adventurers in the bar.
