Selena found herself in the dean's office at Harvard Medical University, her heart racing as she engaged in a conversation that could change her life. The dean, a stern yet understanding figure, looked at her with a mixture of curiosity and expectation. The sun streamed through the large windows, casting a warm glow on the polished wooden furniture.

As they delved into her passion for medicine, Selena's phone suddenly rang, shattering the moment like fragile glass. She hesitated, glancing at the caller ID. "Grandfather Clinton," it read. Confusion creased her forehead; she hadn't spoken to him in years. A tinge of anxiety gripped her as she answered, "Hello?"

"Selena," his voice crackled through the phone, "I hope I'm not interrupting anything important."

She exchanged a puzzled glance with the dean before replying, "No, not at all. What's the matter, Grandfather?"
