Losing Her Man
Once the wheel chair popped into the bedroom, Jamole swirled around from the window and shot a smile at her.

“How did it go?” he queried and pranced to her side to press his lips on her forehead. “I can see the asshole gave you the best treat of your life. I have been staring at the both of you from here…”

Susan interrupted with a taunting smile, “You won’t believe Roger proposed marriage to me. That dude is mad over me and is ready to snap his breath for my sake. The drama at the café today left my heart pounding…” she placed her hand on her chest.

Jamole’s dark eyes bored around her.

“I can see you guys have been discussing office matters.” His gaze settled much on the sizeable envelope in her hands, “What is in the envelope? A million dollars cheque I guess.”

She corked a quarrelsome eyebrow at him. “Million dollars what!” she cleared her clustered throat. “This is your sack letter, sweetie.”

Jamole was thrown into a choky laughter, before he walked to her side to take the letter. “
