Emma's mother had moved to the VIP room. Vivian didn't want her mother to be in a cramped room full of people.

"Hello?" Vivian took Aaron's call as she sat in the waiting chair in the hallway.

"Where have you been? You haven't picked up my call since morning."Aaron exclaimed from the other side in annoyance.

"Sorry for just taking your call. My mom's in the hospital," Vivian replied.

"Mom has been hospitalized here for four days. She has pneumonia, and it's very severe. The doctor hasn't been able to do anything," explained Vivian.

"Why isn't surgery being done? If it's cost-prohibitive, You can rest assured; I'll cover everything. If necessary, just bring your mother here," Aaron said.
