Steven and Aaron had gone back to where they came from and left Ashley with Vivian.
That morning, Ashley had just woken up as the sunlight peeked through the window. She stretched her aching body a little and got out of bed. She walked over to the window and opened the curtains wide. She saw in the courtyard Vivian warming up and then going for her morning run.
Ashley watched her silently. Honestly, she was quite awkward being here. Plus, she didn't really know Vivian yet.
Ashley passed by with her towel and went out of the room. It just so happened that the guest room did not have a bathroom inside. So inevitably, Ash had to use the bathroom outside.
She saw her sister Vivian cooking something in the kitchen. She turned her head as Ashley walked closer to the kitchen. A smile was etched on her face.
"Good morning," Vian said.
"Good morning, Vian. I'm going to the bathroom."
"Oh yeah. Do you usually have coffee in the morning? Let me
That morning, Vivian and Ashley were going to the traditional market. They went on Vivian's old motorcycle."Are you sure we're going to use this bike?" asked Ashley, quite surprised to see the old motorcycle there."Yes. There are no more vehicles anyway. Vian's bike was used by her in college. So we'll use this to go to the market," said Vivian, putting on her helmet and handing one to Ashley.Ashley accepted it hesitantly. "Can you seriously ride it?" Ashley asked."Yes. Besides, if we fall, you can treat us later," joked Vivian."Come on, Vi. I'm scared if I fall," exclaimed Ashley, who was staring at the motorcycle in horror.Vivian chuckled at his face. "Take it easy. I've conquered this bike since I was in middle school. It's definitely safe," said Vivian, getting on the bike."Let's ride," Vivian said.Ashley finally got on the bike."Ready, Dad. Let's hit the gas now."Vivian ran the motorcycle a little f
Ashley helped Vivian and Vivian's mother pick fruits in their garden. It was so much fun for Ashley; she really had never been in such a comfortable and calm situation in her entire life."Whoaaa..."Ashley ran away."What's wrong?" asked Vivian."It's a caterpillar," Ashley exclaimed, feeling very scared.Vivian walked closer to Ashley's place. She saw a feather snake the size of an adult's thumb. Fearlessly, she picked up a twig on the ground and pointed the end of the twig at the caterpillar, where it had moved to the twig."Is this what you mean?" asked Vivian, who teased Ashley by bringing the caterpillar closer to Ashley, who had moved away."What kind of woman are you, Vivian? You're not even scared of that ridiculous animal," exclaimed Ashley as she continued to walk away from Vivian, who continued to approach her."It's so cute," Vivian chuckled."What's so funny? Arghhh! Get rid of it, V.""It's funny, s
Vivian had just woken up. She came out of her room and saw Ashley busy in the kitchen."Hi," Vivian greeted."Hi. Are you awake?" asked Ashley."Yes. The guys aren't up yet?" asked Vivian."Yeah, I don't think so.""Then I'll go jogging first," Vivian said."Okay, Vi."Vivian walked out of the house and did a morning jog around her flock. Earphones were attached to both ears, indicating she was listening to music.Only halfway through, someone touched her shoulder, making Vivian turn her head, and she was surprised enough to see Aaron's presence there on a bicycle to stop her running movement."Aaron?""Hy, why just leave without waking me up?" Aaron protested."I was just afraid you were tired, so I didn't wake you up," explained Vivian."I'm not tired. Let's ride a bike together," Aaron invited, making Vivian look towards the bike."Okay," Vivian said, getting on the bike with a sideways pos
The dinner went on with lots of happy laughter. After enjoying the food there, they chatted lightly, congratulating the two of them. Aaron also explained his plan to Emma and Vivian: he wanted to hold an engagement at his residence soon. Therefore, Aaron asked Emma and her family to come back with him.Emma seemed at a loss for an answer. She smiled at Vivian as she explained that she was going along with Vivian's decision."So how about it? Do you agree, Vi? We do the engagement as soon as possible."Aaron asked once again to make sure."Yes, I agree," Vivian replied."Well then, let's raise a toast to our new couple," Steven exclaimed, making them all raise their glasses in the air and tap each other. They took a sip with a chuckle. One of the restaurant waiters started playing the piano, interrupting their small talk."What a coincidence! How about we dance?" Aaron asked Vivian."Okay. Actually, I can't dance. But I think I ca
As night approached, the four of them built a campfire there while burning fish using twigs. Aaron wrapped a blanket around Vivian's body and took a seat next to her."It's warm," Vivian said, pointing her palm towards the campfire."Why didn't you guys go surfing earlier?" asked Vivian."We're going surfing tomorrow," Aaron said."We were too mesmerized by your mesmerizing performance," said Steven."You were too complimentary. We should compete tomorrow," suggested Vivian."I agree," said Ashley."I'm not very good at it," said Aaron."Take it easy. I can teach you," said Vivian."Um... do you wish to instruct me as well, Ash?""Oho...oho...oho..." Ashley choked on the soda she was sipping."Umm, what do you mean?" asked Ashley, quite surprised."Yes, because Vivian will teach Aaron; are you also willing to teach me?" Steven asked.Ashley glanced at Aaron and Vivian, who pretended not to hea
The man who had a small mole on his eyebrow was named Arya. Someone who once shared a womb with Aaron She was a psychopath. Arya was exiled by Aaron's grandfather when she was fifteen years old. Arya was involved in a serial murder case. Even though, according to Arya, her mistake was trivial,"I just made a red puddle on fifteen people's mattresses; what's wrong with that, Grandpa? Annoying old man."At a fairly young age, Arya had already committed serial murders of the workers at her former mansion. Arya thought of it as fun. According to her, her delinquency was just like that of Aaron, who always ran away from school and drank alcohol. The difference is that Grandpa didn't scold Aaron when he did that. Why was Grandpa so angry when Arya spilled a lot of red liquid?"It's not fair," Arya said, flicking Aaron's picture frame on the wall of the study.Living in the city where she was exiled was boring. Arya also wanted to feel what it was like to be stared at as the pride of the fam
That morning, Vivian had just arrived at the office. She was about to go into her room, but before that, she saw Aaron come into the office and briefly tease his secretaries by complimenting them as beautiful. She felt annoyed, and according to her, it was too much. Vivian followed Aaron into Aaron's room. Then she closed the door to Aaron's room, making the man look at Vivian.Arya looked at Vivian by raising one eyebrow."What's wrong, Vivian?" asked Arya, making Vivian frown slightly. Aaron used to call her "V."."What's wrong with you, Ron? Why did you betray me and make a scandal with some employees?" asked Vivian.Arya sighed. "You can't prevent me or control my life. It's my life. And you already dare to manage my life when you are not even my wife."Vivian increasingly did not recognize the man in front of her. exactly why? What happened to her, Aaron? This man in front of her had changed one hundred and eighty degrees."If you have nothing important to talk about, please leav
Vivian's destination was Aaron's office. As Vivian was starting the engine of her car, her pants vibrated to indicate an incoming notification on her cell phone. She reached into her pocket to retrieve the flat object. "Hello," Vivian said. "You with Aaron?" blurted Steven on the other end. "No," Vivian replied flatly. "Why are you asking me? He's supposed to be working today." "He hasn't worked in two days," Steven replied. Vivian was silent; the length of the day was the same as the length of the day Vivian had been excused from her office. She tapped her fingers on her steering wheel. "Argh! This is driving me crazy. He's already missed two outside investors. Our company really needs them," Steven complained. "I'm going to the mansion right now," Vivian said. "But aren't you sick?" Steven asked again. Vivian didn't move for a while. She was actually hesitant to say this, but she was curious
