Chapter 102.

“Why isn’t this working?” Lucian asked himself after trying the techniques that Oliver taught him for the umpteenth time.

The doctor stared at him, his pity obvious in his eyes but Lucian insisted on not giving up on Oliver because he knows that he’s going to wake up soon.

“It’s been two weeks already, Lucian,” the doctor pointed out like he didn’t know that already, “nothing is working and if anything, he’s just in more pain.” He finished.

Lucian sighed and without saying any more word, he made his way out of the ward room. His thoughts wandered off and he remembered when he was also on the brink of death.

Everyone had given up on him and even the doctors had already pronounced him dead until Oliver came up with something else.

If Oliver was the one alive and he was the one in coma, Lucian knew that Oliver would go to the end of the world to make sure that he wakes up and he’s going to do the same thing.

Giving up is the last thing he wanted to do. It was the last on his list and Luc
