Megan braced herself so that she was going to be able to tell the story, her stomach tightened and her heart clenched. She doesn’t know if she was ready to let it all out and Oliver saw this.

“I’d appreciate it if you could tell me everything tonight doesn’t mean that you really have to,” Oliver said with a forced smile.

“We can just talk about it some other time and it’s late already so we don’t have to talk right away.” He added as he stood to take his leave.

He wanted her to talk about it but he doesn’t want to force it out of her, he doesn’t want it to seem like she wouldn’t get to make that decision by herself so he’d decided to leave her alone until she was ready to talk about it.

“I loved him,” Megan’s voice made him stop in his tracks as he turned to look at her, she was still seated on the couch with her head drooped low.

She’d pondered on it and since everything was out in the open, she knew that she wasn’t going to lose anything by telling Oliver everything that transpired
