105. A Little Toward the End

Mr. Salvador immediately got up from his seat and left the press conference table followed by his assistant who escorted him.

The journalists, who were not satisfied with Mr. Salvador's answer, flocked forward, jostling Mr. Salvador while pressing him with questions.

"Wait Mr. Salvador, tell me who is involved in this case, Mr. Salvador?"

"Were you threatened not to open your mouth?"

"Where did you get the drugs, Mr. Salvador?"

"You were acquitted of drug charges one week ago, but now you admit guilt. Did someone pressure you? Are you a victim of guilt and slander?"

When he heard the question, Mr. Salvador suddenly stopped walking, followed by the reporters who were curious about his response.

Amidst the crowd of reporters and camera flashes still shining on him, Mr. Salvador looked in the direction of the question. There stood a reporter in a plaid shirt and round glasses grinning slyly at him.
