Kalix uttered a few more words to the young detective, then ran towards his mother waiting near the door.

On the way home, Grace opened her mouth to speak several times but didn’t know what to say. Finally, she pretended to pat her son on the shoulder to make him feel comfortable, ‘It’s okay, there’s a cure for the illness. Don’t burden yourself psychologically too much, it’s okay to take things slowly.’

“Mom, I’m fine. Don’t worry.” Kalix leaned comfortably but asked the system to hack into Carlos’s computer.

“Yes, medical treatment has advanced a lot now, the disease can be easily cured. If there’s no hope domestically, we can go abroad.”

Kalix observed the system’s progress in his mind, copying some important documents owned by Carlos. While doing so, he replied to his mother without lifting his head, “Mom, I’m healed. That’s a medical record from a few years ago, but it didn’t touch that woman at all. I’m not guilty.”
