176. Praised

Hazel stood next to Irina, still looking shy as Stacy formally introduced her to Beatrice. Beatrice's face lit up, as she felt a new strength meeting the women in front of her.

Stacy quickly arranged the meeting so they wouldn't waste any time. This was not a moment to relax, drink tea, and such. They had a mission to save Beatrice’s dignity. And, of course, to slap Eleanor until she could no longer arrogantly show her face.

“I didn’t expect you all to help me,” Beatrice smiled, “I was really embarrassed and confused about how to say it. That’s why I boldly approached Glenn, and he suggested a much better solution.”

“Well, it was Irina,” corrected Stacy. “Let the men handle their work. You need people like us, Beatrice. Men don’t understand how to deal with women.”

Beatrice chuckled, and so did the three women sitting across from her.

Stacy immediately welcomed Irina’s suggestion as soon as they communicated by phone. Then Stacy moved quickly, contacting Beatrice to set up a meeting.
