Audi came out while tidying up her pajamas. She also did her nightly skincare routine.

"You're not mad at me anymore, are you?"

Xavier stared at his wife's face intently, continuing to look at Audi until she lay down on his side.

"Of course. Why would I be angry? I don't think there's any serious problem."

Xavier let out a long sigh. From the way the woman spoke alone, it was clear how she was feeling right now.

It was a common thing for Xavier if a woman would tell a lie or something that contradicted her words.

Xavier tried to get closer to the woman, eroding the distance created between the two.

"Honey."

Audi looked misbehaving but as much as possible she had to restrain herself at that time.

She could not be weakened just because of the man's gentle call of affection.

"I'm sleepy. Tired. I want to rest quickly."

Audi emphasized without turning her body even a little.
