PAXTON didn’t waste the chance to do what he could. He immediately runs a secret autopsy of Sylvester’s body to make sure that what Raff was saying is right. He didn't want anyone to know about this aside from Miguel. Even Lorelei didn't know. He wants to make sure that he was right before he discusses this to other people.

Within two months, he waited for the autopsy result. It was a long two months for him but he had to patiently and quietly wait.

“Here’s the autopsy result, Sir.”

Paxton took the envelope and thanked the pathologist. As he opened the result, the pathologist was waiting for him.

“He was poisoned. The heart attack happened right when the poison reacted through his body.”

“What poison was used?”

“Cyanide.”
