Chapter one hundred and twelve

Gonzalez and Rodriguez kept a lookout for any signs of danger. They had been riding for hours, and they were exhausted, but they knew they couldn't stop until they found a safe place to rest.

Suddenly, Gonzalez spotted a small village in the distance. It was nothing more than a few shacks and tents, but it was better than nothing.

"We should check it out," he said to Rodriguez.
