Chapter 12: The Hercules Corps

James was already getting used to the texture and comfort of Robert's villa. Just like any other day, James woke up early as usual to his morning routine. His life had changed tremendously within a short time. James thought of having a good meal today.

Walking down the stairs, James collided with the cook.

"Accept my apologies young master." The cook quickly apologized to James looking at the floor.

"I'm actually heading to the kitchen." James said.

"What would the young master like to have today?" In her gentle melancholy voice, the cook asked.

"If you follow me, I will give you the best recipe." The cook said, leading James to the kitchen.

She made Yogurt and fruit parfaits in a jiffy handing it over to James who was scrolling through his phone.

"This is made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, and nuts." The cook paused before she continued.

"Yogurt provides calcium for strong bones and protein for muscle growth. Yogurt also reduces inflammation and helps protect vei
