“Oh yes, I forgot.” Damien shrugged his shoulders. I want him unscathed. For every injury and bruise in his body, I shall kill one of your members.” He grabbed his signature pistol and reloaded it.

“We made no such agreement.”

Damien raised an eyebrow, then smirked. “Are you in any position to issue your own orders?”

Looking at Damien’s army, who was only one trigger away from clearing everyone in the room, the Parliament gulped and then looked at him in all seriousness.

“You and the Czar did not have good relationships with each other. We did you a favor to capture him. We never intended to make enemies with you, Damien Blackwell.”

“You’re so bad at lying.” He merely laughed them off. “So bad it makes me pity you weren’t taught how to do it well.”

“The Czar may have a few injuries in him, but I am sure it is nothing he cannot handle!” one terrifyingly said. “He even killed some of our best men even with handcuffs on! We’re doing you a huge favor in immobilizing him.”
