“How's it coming along?” Amber pursed her lips, tugging the baseball cap lower on her face when someone curious glanced our way.

Chloe's hair was framing her face and the sunglasses perched on her nose did a good job of hiding her appearance. “Good, good. Sean took my advice and is set on resuming come Monday.”

Amber's face brightened. “That's good news!” She clapped her hands in delight. “I must say, we do make a good team.”

Yes, we do.” Chloe agreed easily, her mind flashing back to daydreaming about Sean. Of course, she maintained her distance but it seemed Sean was serious about her this time around, always calling and texting.
