Chapter 76

The guilt burned through Sean's chest every time he spoke or saw Chloe.

Every muscle pushed him to be honest with her and tell her the truth but he couldn't bring himself to do it, not when she was plagued by feelings after her mother died.

The days after her mother's death went by in a blur.
