Ruphan created a huge barrier in front of them, and the skeletons stopped moving. They were just grunting as their eyes kept on blaring brightly.

“The serpent knight of Eldramoria,” Lyca said as she slowly reverted back to her human form. “But how? You’re dead.”

Ruphan turned around and faced them. “It’s a long story, Wolf. What you should focus on now is your safety. I mean, this binding spell won’t last long, and these monsters will devour us any moment later.”

Lyca exhaled and looked around. She jumped up on a boulder and looked for her men. And a sign of relief was seen on her face when she saw that the mages were safe.

“Don’t worry. Two of my comrades came to help them, too. They are stronger than me, so for sure, everyone’s safe. But, like I said, we can’t just sit back. Also, we need you to help us heal our lion knight.”
