“What are you doing here again?“ Mrs Laurette asked. As she watched Mr Oliver stutter.

“I—uh—i can't,”

“You can't do what?“ Mrs Laurette folded her arms, while Amber watched both of them.

“I can't live without you, I'm sorry, I keep messing up, and I'm not going to assure you that I'll magically change and be perfect for you. But, I need you to be patient with me, like you always have been. I love you, and I'm not ready to lose you, please,” Mr Oliver pleaded, getting on his knees.

As soon as Mr Oliver got on his knees, Doctor Trevor walked up to them, he stood in front of Mr Oliver.

“Can you please excuse me,” The doctor said to Mr Oliver who was kneeling by the door. Mrs Laurette covered her mouth, holding back her laugh because Mr Oliver would have to move on his knees, or he would have to get up and move.

Mr Oliver looked up at Mrs Laurette. Mrs Laurette's palm was still pressed to her lips. Amber on the other hand couldn't hold in her laugh. She laughed out loud, drawing Mr Oliv
