Chapter 31:

Her eyes didn't show any sign of pity or anything, it was just void which made her scared. She exhaled deeply then spoke again, "Please forgive me, and don't fire my colleague." She pleaded.

And immediately, "Alright," Was heard in Lady Hart's mouth, then she smirked mischievously, "By the way, Hannah, who called you? By any chance Is it the man I introduced to you?" She asked, anticipating her answer.

Hannah nodded slightly and could see the color of her Grandmother's eyes change immediately. Her eyes widened in fear as she fiddled with her fingers.

"And who was it?" Lady Hart asked, her voice already growing louder slightly.

Silence came upon the room, and Hannah couldn't answer her question, she knew she was officially done for so there was nothing to hide.

"Elliot," She announced. Her eyes fixated on her Grandmother's. She was scared of what her Grandmother would say.

Lady Hart sat as calm on the chair, she didn't speak nor move and her eyes showed nothing, voidless as before.
