Waking up at the majestic Winchester Mansion had never been more exhilarating than it was today. Mr. Winchester had not slept at all; he remained seated beside his son's bed, gazing at him throughout the night. Though Michael insisted he was alright, his father had different doctors examine him before he went to bed. Michael was awakened by Mr. Charles' voice expressing concern, saying, "Sir, you need to get some sleep. It's already morning, and you haven't slept for two nights."

"Lower your voice, Charles. You wouldn't want to provoke my anger by disturbing my son," he said calmly but with a menacing look directed at Mr. Charles. “I am already awake, Dad. Good morning to you all,” he said as he slowly stretched himself on the bed.

“How are you feeling, son? Should I inform the doctor to come over?” he asked eagerly. “I am alright, Dad, don’t worry about me; I am okay,” he replied, trying to calm his father’s anxiety.
