Linnie was awakened by the sound of her ringing tone.

“Who the heck is calling at such an early hour?” Linnie grumbled grumpily.

There was nothing that infuriated her more than getting her beauty sleep interrupted. It had been a tough one last night, and Linnie only got into the house and into her bed at past 4am. The night hadn’t gone as she had planned it, and Nessy had proven tougher than she had thought and expected.
