Chapter 362: Track Rose

The man on the left glanced out the rear window and cursed under his breath. "She's still following us. That car hasn't let up."

The driver tightened his grip on the steering wheel. "We need to lose her. Any ideas?"

"Take the next left," suggested the man on the right, who was peering out the window. "Then we can head down some side streets and shake her off."

The driver nodded and sharply veered left, the tires screeching as the car sped through the turn. Rose's car followed closely, refusing to be shaken.

"She's good," the man on the left admitted grudgingly. "She's not letting us out of her sight.”

"Then we need to be better," the driver retorted, accelerating as he spotted a narrow alleyway up ahead. "Hold on."

The car darted into the alley, narrowly avoiding dumpsters and stray pedestrians. Rose's car hesitated for a moment but quickly followed, determined not to lose them.
