The atmosphere in the office was charged as everyone kept walking hastily like someone was on their tail.

This went on for about thirty minutes, staff whispering to themselves and pointing at just one direction and that was Liam's office.

“I still can't believe Liam would do something of this sort.” Myles said, folding his hands across his chest.

“He has the interest of the company at heart and I doubt if he will…” Cornel was still speaking when Myles hushed him.

“Indeed… if you haven't been told before, I will say this to you.” He paused. “You should learn how to review your words in your head before spewing thrash. Just in case you don't know, it's sickening.” He rolled his eyes and then stormed off.

“What's up with him?” Ross asked.

“Acting like a pregnant woman.” Cornel huffed, tugging his hair.

All the while they were talking, Xavier was reviewing what he had heard in his head as he patted his desk with the butt of his pen.
