214. Be Discreet.

Shifting his attention to Alaric who was seated at the corner of the hall, he couldn't help but to sigh. It seems like he was obvious of the chaos he had created.

Sitting calmly like nothing was going on was Alaric whose head was running haywire with different ideas at the same time.

He had to wriggle himself out of the mess before he became too late but it seemed nothing could be done about it.

When he raised his head, he locked eyes with Liam who was staring but instead of acting like he hadn't seen him, he waved at him, acting like all was well.

Taking a deep breath, Liam returned his attention to the stakeholders who had resumed creating a mess.

“Instead of throwing him out of the company, I suggest we put him on probation for a few months, by then everything would be resolved.” Liam suggested and at once he was faced with opposition.

“Are you thinking?” The yells from all over the room shook the foundation of the building.
