Liam didn't say anything to this, he just sat there staring at Sam who was also staring back at him.

“I asked a question.” Sam snapped, hitting his fist against the arm of his chair. He was tired of waiting for his response.

“You asked what my motives are? Don't you think you are the one who is supposed to give a response to that?” Liam asked and at once, Sam reclaimed his seat.

Staring right back at him, he asked, *What do you mean?”

“Asking your guards to come pick me up without my consent and even without your sister's idea… don't you think it is someone who has an ulterior motive that would do that?” He asked again.
