Chapter 81

Finally, the D-Day for Liam's final exams arrived and he was up as early as he could to make a final preparation and that was a final review of his notes.

Done with it, he proceeded to gather the materials he would be needing for his exams and after one final check, he slipped into the bathroom to take his bath.

Now in the bus station waiting for the bus, he was scrolling through his phone with his earpiece plugged in when Jake arrived, breathing heavily like he was being chased.

“Why running? Is there a problem?” Liam asked, searching his face with a raised brow.

“I overslept.” He gasped, trying to steady his heavy breathing while Liam stared at him with his hands wrapped on his chest.

“I asked you to quit pulling an all-nighter. Even if you want to attempt it, it's best if you do that in school, there are bathrooms everywhere where you can clean up before the exams commence.” He chided, looking him over with his brow scrunched up in anger.
