She looked closely at his face, and though she could not remember where she had seen the face, she was not mistaken about the voice. It was exactly the same voice from a few years ago.

Charles had felt that someone was peering at him, he felt the intense gaze on him, and he decided to let Jayden win the meaningful glare battle.

His eyes diverted to the young woman behind Jayden, whom Jayden was taller than, so his broad shoulders, and tall figure sort of shielded the lady.

He did not see her face clearly, but there was just something about that woman, that he felt he knew. He tried to gain access to her face, wholely, but this only made Jayden and Alex alarmed.

They had not noticed him trying to look behind, until he tilted his head to the right. They turned around to know what suddenly caught his attention, and when they realized that it was Carina, Jayden motioned for them to go.
