Though Nathan's threat made Carina's hairs to stand, sending her the chills, allowing her body to be electrocuted by the words he spoke, she still felt he said that out of anger.

She loved Nathan, but she could no longer endure his nonchalant attitude. The height of it was to cheat on her, she could not accept that.

If there was something she hated, it was being cheated on. When Alex had shown her the videos, she could not believe why Nathan would do something like that.

There must be a reason, and she did not know what it was. The cold breeze and Nathan's venomous threat made goosebumps to crawl out of her skin.

She got up from the chair, and went inside. She met Fiona in the sitting room with her laptop, busying her fingers.

"Hey."

"Who were you with? I think I heard someone talking outside," Fiona asked, still working on the computer.

Carina sighed, and slumped into the sofa, where she loved to sleep. Leaning on it, she closed her eyes, and took a deep breath.
