When Andrea had left her office that day, for the security man to lock it, as usual; Nathan had told the man to go lock other offices, that he would help me out, starting with Andrea's office.

He had not found anything suspicious about Nathan trying to help him out. He had thanked him, and left.

It was easy for Nathan to find the files, because 'Crescent City' was boldly written on it. As he took it, it clicked on his mind that she might look for the file.

Rather than make things complicated, he took out the document, and replaced it with another. He locked the office, and took the keys to the man.

Before he left, he had gone to the security room, and cleared every trace of him in the footage.

Hearing that Andrea had resigned, or fired, rather; he was happy. Part of his plans was to make Andrea leave the company, so he could bring someone else in.
